We accept returns only for Thermomix items purchased from our store. All other items are non-returnable. Any bank or card payment processing fees will be deducted from refunds.

Initiating a Return
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@thermomix-me.com with your invoice or order number and reason for return.
